Shipping & Delivery Policy
Delivery Area
The PRODUCTS offered on our website can only be delivered within the territory of Turkey. It is not possible to place an order with a delivery address outside this REGION. PRODUCTS will be shipped to the delivery address specified by the CUSTOMER during the order process.
Shipping Time
Your orders will be shipped directly from our overseas warehouse to your address, with all customs duties and taxes prepaid. Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. After dispatch, your package will be delivered within 1–3 business days.
There will be no additional fees upon delivery.
Product availability, billing process, and estimated delivery times are clearly indicated on our WEBSITE. These timelines exclude weekends and public holidays. Once the PRODUCTS are shipped, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to the CUSTOMER, provided that a valid email address was submitted during checkout.
Delivery Times and Costs
During the checkout process, the SELLER will inform the CUSTOMER of the estimated delivery time and method applicable to the purchased PRODUCTS.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the selected delivery option. If free shipping is not offered, these charges will be added to the total amount and paid by the CUSTOMER.
All delivery times and costs are clearly listed on our WEBSITE.
Delivery Terms
Packages are delivered to the CUSTOMER against signature and with valid identification. In the event of absence, a delivery notice will be left so that the CUSTOMER may collect the package from the designated postal facility.
Delivery Issues
The CUSTOMER will be informed of the expected delivery date during the order process, based on the selected shipping method. All deliveries must be completed within a maximum of thirty (30) days.
If delivery is not completed within this period, the CUSTOMER may issue a formal notice requesting delivery within a reasonable timeframe. If the SELLER still fails to deliver, the CUSTOMER has the right to cancel the order.
Upon receiving the cancellation notice, the SELLER will promptly refund the total amount paid (including taxes and delivery fees) using the original payment method.
The SELLER remains responsible for the PRODUCT until it is delivered to the CUSTOMER.
Please note: The CUSTOMER has three (3) days to report any visible damage or partial loss to the shipping carrier upon delivery.
